Dateline McKenzie, TN   Funeral Services for Evelyn Williams Trevathan, 92, is Monday, August 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at McKenzie Church of Christ. Brother Jim Roberts will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sunday 5:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and Monday, August 13, 2017 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church. Internment is at Mars Hill Cemetery, Adamsville, TN.   Mrs. Trevathan, a retired cook for E.W. James & Sons Grocery Store, died at McKenzie Health Care Thursday, August 9, 2018. She was born in Bells, TN to James W. and Zora Avery Mayfield. Mrs. Trevathan is a member of McKenzie Church of Christ. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband’s Curry Williams and James W. Trevathan, a son Earl W. Williams, two sisters and five brothers.   She is survived by her daughter Marie Cole of Huntingdon, a sister Ruby Medlin of Alamo six grandchildren Kay(Billy)Wood, Terry(Betsy) Cole, Pamela Laws, Teresa Jakes, Kimberly Harrison and Michael Williams, and great-grandchildren Kristen, Casey and Hannah and several more.
