He was born in St. Louis, MO. on February 18, 1959 to Walter Franks Sr. and Faye Hughey McCutcheon.   Survivors include his wife Clara Stallion of McKenzie, son JD Stallion, Alissa, Allison, Thomas, Joe and Lucas of McKenzie, daughter Tracy Mallory, Brad, Timothy, and Klaudia of Lafayette, TN, brother Jason McCutcheon, Esther, Jay and Josh of McKenzie, mother Faye McCutcheon of McKenzie, father Walter Franks Sr of Hayti, MO, sisters Katie Stallion of St. Louis, MO, Janice Summerton of Michigan and Rhonda Clark of Alabama, brother Doug Fithian of Alabama, sister Selena Gorman of Kennet, MO and brother Walter Franks Jr of Texas.
