Dateline: McKenzie, TN         Funeral services for Willis Brown Burnine, Sr, 88, is 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Brummitt -McKenzie Funeral Home. Reverend Dan Grisham will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. until service time. Mr. Burnine retired from the Milan Arsenal and is a member of Church of Jesus Christ, Greenfield, TN. He died March 18, 2018, at McKenzie Health Care. He was born in Lexington, TN on January 9, 1930, to Charlie Clintern and Elvie Shelton Burnine. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his wife of sixty eight years Evora Reeves Burnine.   Survivors include a daughter Cynthia Rimmer of McKenzie, five sons JR (Linda) Burnine of Dresden, Dan (Debbie) Burnine of McKenzie, Randy Burnine of McKenzie, Joel Burnine of McKenzie and Sam (Laura) Burnine of McKenzie, a sister Brenda Azbell of McKenzie, a brother Warren G. Burnine of McLemoresville, nine grandchildren, twenty eight great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
