Dorothy Dorris Woodard

  Dateline: McKenzie, TN         Funeral service for Dorothy Dorris Woodard, will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Greater Enon Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.   Mrs. Woodard, 84, died December 30, 2017 at Jackson Madison Co. General Hospital. She is a retired teacher from Webb School, McKenzie Special School District and a member Johnson Temple CME. She was born April 20, 1933, to James Knox Reynolds and Marion Jones Harris. She was preceded in death by her parents, step father Claude Harris, step mother Dorothy Sue Reynolds sisters Deborah Reynolds Patton and Lavania Reynolds and brother John Michael Reynolds.   Survivors include her husband Thomas M. Woodard of McKenzie, two daughters Sarita (Tommy) Oglesby of Palm Springs, CA, Deborah (Ricky) Williams of Indio, CA, son Tory (Dr. Kimberly) Woodard of Hermitage, four sisters Tamaua Kunkel, Zsea Parr, Bonita (Kevin) Hurlich and Garnetta Person, two brothers James (Teresita) Reynolds and Paul (Blanche) Reynolds all of California, two grandchildren Austin (Maria) Oglesby, Aaften (William) Bearman and five great-grandchildren Aaliyah, Mya, Kaya, Evie and Lennox.
