Johnny Gordon Hooper

Dateline: Trezevant, TN          Funeral service for Johnny “Gordon” Hooper, will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 29, 2017 at First Baptist Church Trezevant. Burial will follow at Trezevant Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, December 28, 2017 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Friday, 11:00 a.m. until service time. All visitation will take place at the church.   Mr. Hooper, 65, died December 26, 2017 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He is a self- employed Carpenter and Roofer and was a member of Miston Baptist Church, Miston,TN. He was born January 15, 1952 in Dyersburg to George and Betty Carroll Hooper. He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Amy Kathleen Fleming, son Michael Shane Hooper and two brothers Harlon Hooper and Jeffrey Hooper.   Survivors include his wife Jeanne Anderson Hooper of Trezevant, two daughters Brandi Nicole McDaniel of McLemoresville and Holli Gina ((Dillon) Koonce of Huntingdon and a sister Bonnie ( Danny) Burress of Dyersburg and four grandchildren Madyson Fleming, Mason Fleming, Haliey McDaniel and Owen Koonce.
