Charles Thomas Cook

Dateline: McKenzie, TN         A memorial service for Charles Thomas Cook, 55, will be announced at a later date.   Mr. Cook died October 15, 2017 at his residence.  He was a truck driver, owner /operator.  He was born in Dyersburg, TN on January 9, 1962, to J W and Ella B. Davidson Cook. He is preceded in death by his father.   Survivors include his wife Kimberly Scott Cook of McKenzie, daughter Caitlin D. Cook of McKenzie, son Charles Dakota Cook and Ashley Barlow of McKenzie, three sisters Ella Jean (Red) Turner of Medina, Vivian Martin of Milan and Nicky (Van) Lynch of Bradford, and one granddaughter Madalyn Cook.
