Janie Lucille Blaylock

Dateline: McKenzie, TN   Graveside funeral services for Janie Lucille Blaylock, 82, will be held Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 10:30 am at Caledonia Cemetery with Brother Paul Conquest officiating.  The family will receive friends before the service at the cemetery.  Mrs. Blaylock, a homemaker, died Friday, July 7, 2017 at Huntingdon Health and rehab Center in Huntingdon.  She was born on December 18, 1934 in Lobelville, TN to Silas Lee and Effie Dale Howell Wheet. She was a member of Long Heights Baptist Church in McKenzie.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harold Blaylock, a sister Jessie Mae Cude, five brothers Franklin Wheet, James Wheet, Joe Wheet, Buddy Wheet, and Wayne Wheet.    Survivors include her daughter Evelyn Faye (Bruce) Wilkinson of McKenzie, a son Randy Lee (Lori) Cude of Only, TN, her twin sisters Louise Crider and Lois (Joe) Hampton all of Huntingdon, TN, a brother Mac Arthur Wheet of McKenzie, three grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a  great  great granddaughter .    Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  For more information please call (731) 352-4848 or visit www.brummittmckenziefuneralhome.com.
