Betty Emma Lee Sawyers

Dateline: McKenzie, Tennessee   Services for Betty Emma Lee Sawyers, 71, will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home with Brother Bobby Conley officiating. Interment will follow at Everetts Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 9, 2017 from 11:00 am until service time. Mrs. Sawyers, an employee at Murray Outdoor Products that was once located in McKenzie, died Friday, July 7, 2017 at her residence. She was born on November 18, 1945 in Missouri.   Survivors include her husband Lowell Sawyers of McKenzie, two daughters Teresa (Johnny) Barker of Huntingdon, TN and Tammy (Gary) Crawford of McKenzie, a son Doug (Rachel) Matlock of Paris, TN, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.   Pallbearers who will be serving are Gary Crawford, Doug Matlock, Nathan Ballentine, Johnny Baker, Jacob Matlock, and Chris Dickinson   Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
