Joe Lynn Neisler

Dateline: McKenzie, Tennessee   Services for Joe Lynn Neisler, 58, will be held Sunday, July 31, 2016 at 3:00 pm at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home with Brother Scott Carter officiating.  Interment will follow at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery between McKenzie and Huntingdon in the Carter Store Community.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 30, 2016 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Sunday, July 31, 2016 from 12 noon until service time.  Mr. Neisler, a mechanic and farmer for Surber Farms in McKenzie, died Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at his residence.  He was born on June 26, 1958 in Huntingdon, TN to Willard Lee and Mary Sue Esch Neisler. He attended the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Martha Jane Neisler, and his wife Dorothy Lynn Neisler who died in 2010.    Survivors include his companion Barbara Pate of McKenzie, two daughters Jennifer (Mike) Beasley of Gleason, Jessica (David) Hochreiter of McKenzie, a son Jamie (Kim) Neisler of Reagan, TN, a sister Linda Wilson of McKenzie, and seven grandchildren Drew Grice, Matt Grice, Drake Neisler, Colton Beasley, Sophie Beasley, Will Beasley, and Jaxon Hochreiter.   Pallbearers serving will be Tim McNeil, Tommy Surber, Chris McClure, Randy Reed, Gene Hilton, and Kurt Thomas.  Honorary pallbearers will be William Thomas, Junior Milam, Barney Beers, and Clay Morgan.   Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  For more information please call (731) 352-4848 or visit www.brummittmckenziefuneralhome.com.
