Virginia Walker

    Services for Virginia F. Walker, 91, will be held Monday, April 11, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, McKenzie. Bro. Kevin Woods will officiate. Visitation will be Sunday, April 10, 2016 5:00 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the funeral home and Monday 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church. Mrs. Walker, a homemaker, died Saturday, April 9, 2016 at McKenzie Health Care Center. Mrs. Walker was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was born on March 1, 1925 in McKenzie, TN to Bowdie and Vera Dunn Featherston. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Sherlie S. Walker, Jr. and brother Bill Featherstone.   Survivors include her two daughters Judy Gipson of Memphis and Trisha (Jud) Miller of McKenzie, son Joe Walker, Sr of McKenzie, six grandchildren Elaine (Chris) Fogerty, Daniel Gipson, Alisha (Tim) Storey, Joe Walker Jr. Tracy Bell and Paige (Frank) Jarrell and nine great-grandchildren.
