Private graveside services for Debbie Simmons are Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in McKenzie, TN. Interment will follow.

Mrs. Simmons, age 72, died Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Henry County Medical Center. She was born in Evansville, IN to Albert and Phyllis Head Gerhardt. She is a register nurse and worked for Regional Home Health.

She is survived by her husband Gary Simmons of McKenzie, two daughters Ashley (Tim) Beeler of McKenzie, Allison (John) Evans of Arlington, VA, a brother and four grandchildren Drew Beeler, Carli Beeler, Miles Beeler and Gus Evans.

She is preceded in death by her parents, son Jason Simmons, brother and granddaughter Cate Beeler.
