Funeral Services for Deborah "Debbie" Johnson Parkhurst is Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. at Brummitt - McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday 3:00 p.m. until service time. Cremation is to follow the services.

Mrs. Parkhurst, 57 years old died Saturday, April 15, 2023, at Henry Co Medical Center. She worked for the State of Tennessee as a Human Resource Analyst. She was born in Hammond, IN to Donald W. Johnson, Sr and Anna R. Hooper Walters. Mrs. Parkhurst was a member of Russwood Baptist Church, Springville and Liberty Baptist Church while in the Lebanon area.

She is survived by her husband Lanny Parkhurst of Springville, her mother Anna Walters of Springville, two sons Brandon (Tracy) Culbreath and Travis (Gina) Culbreath, a brother Donald W. (Fresia) Johnson, Jr, stepsister Kim Walters and five grandchildren.
