Funeral services for James D Richard is 12:00 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2022 at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday 10:00 a.m. until service time in McKenzie. Interment is at Pisgah Cemetery, Atwood, TN.

Mr. Richard, 82 years old, died Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at Milan General Hospital. He retired from the Box Company. He was born November 4, 1939 in Gann to J.D. and Annie Laura Beard Richard.

He is survived by his wife Loretta Wilson Richard of Atwood, a daughter Regina (Terry) Medlin of Milan, a son Jimmie (Kathy) Dunlap of Hornlake, MS, six grandchildren Mandy (Jennifer) Stoots, Miracle Medlin, Tanner Medlin, Anna Medlin, Hunter Dunlap and Addie Dunlap and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and four brothers Robert G. Richard, Starons R. Richard, Lawrence Richard and David Richard.
