Mr. Jesse Samuel Fortner, 29, a Student, died Friday, April 1, 2022 at his residence.  He was born on September 25, 1992 in Martin, Tennessee to Gary Neal and Jean Fatima Fortner. He was preceded in death by his father. 

Survivors include his mother and step father Jean and Keith Cook of Greenfield, TN, his sister Stephanie Badett of Clarksville, TN and his brother Jason Fortner of Greenfield. 

At the present time a small family gathering is being planned at a later date.
