Funeral Services for Jessie R. McDade is 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 25, 2019 at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Sunday, 11:00 a.m. –until service time. Reverend Trisha Trull is the officiant and internment is at Union Academy Cemetery.

Mrs. McDade, 88 years old, died, Friday, August 23, 2019 at Baptist Memorial Hospital. She was born April 12, 1931 in Milan, TN to Claude and Lula Porter Swindell. She was an employee of Wilker Brothers and The Jewell Box. She is a member of First United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Raymond McDade, a sister Geraldine Walker and two brothers Lynn Porter Swindell and John Swindell.  

She is survived by her daughter Debra (Rev. James A.) Ketzel of Davis, IL, sister Betty Porter of Greenfield and brother Billy Wade (Shirley) Swindell of Greenfield.
