Mr. Burns, 74 years old, died July 15, 2019 at his residence. He is a Vietnam Army Veteran and retired from Republic Builders. He was born December 11, 1944 in Humboldt to Abe and Mary Frances Smith Burns. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his son Chip (Beth) Stemples of New York, sister Norma (Jimmy) Padgett of McKenzie and two brothers Robert (Janet) Richardson of Belle Glade, FL and Brad Burns of McKenzie.
