Graveside services for Lois Jean Smith are Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Mt Olivet Cemetery.

Mrs. Smith, 89 years old, died at Summit Medical Center, Nashville on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. She is a homemaker and a member of Fairview Baptist Church. She was born in Mixie on June 8, 1934 to Fauby and Vonell Turner Pinson.

She is survived by her daughter Deborah (Donald) Adams of Waverly, a brother Maurice (Iva Jean) Pinson of Huntingdon, and three grandchildren Keith Douglas, Nolan Adams and Amy Adams.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Kenneth Smith and son Tim Smith.
